Alberta’s Laura Walker superior to the semifinal of the Canadian ladies’s curling championship with a 9-Eight win over Manitoba’s Jennifer Jones in Sunday’s tiebreaker recreation in Calgary.

Walker faces defending champion Kerri Einarson in a day semifinal with the winner taking over Ontario’s Rachel Homan for the championship within the night.

Jones missed an tried double takeout within the 10th finish, which left Walker an open draw to attain three for the win within the tiebreaker.
